Traditional family recipes
Our restaurant serves authentic home cooking typical of the Cilento region: homemade pasta, a selection of vegetables from the kitchen garden and then typical meats and charcuterie produced on the farm (soppressata, salsiccia, soppressiccia, capocollo), as well as local cheeses, including caciocavallo, the typical mozzarella nella mortella (mozzarella in myrtle) and ricotta.
